Photo Quality
Whilst every effort is made to ensure colour accuracy, final print colours may vary slightly from digital images.
Props, Material backgrounds, Green screen backgrounds and digital effects are dependent upon lighting conditions and subject positioning. Results may vary.
Photo Storage
Digital photographs are stored securely using password-protected cloud and local storage systems.
Event photographs are retained for up to 90 days following delivery to allow for re-sending or replacement requests.
We aim to provide digital galleries within 7 days of the event, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Photographs will be permanently deleted within 90 days of the event unless otherwise agreed. Customers may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect photographs and personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
Marketing & Photo Usage Consent
We may occasionally request permission to use selected photographs for marketing purposes including our website, social media pages, printed materials, and promotional content.
Where required, consent will be obtained before identifiable images are used.
Any individual may request removal of an image by contacting us.
Insurance Section
We maintain appropriate Public Liability Insurance for events and venues where required. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
